Printed colours may differ slightly from images displayed on a screen. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any tax that must be included. Delivery charges and available delivery services are shown before payment.You can review and correct your order before selecting the final payment button. An order is accepted when an order-confirmation email is sent. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain why and refund any payment taken.Printed books and workbooks: production and deliveryPrinted products are made to order and fulfilled by Bookvault. The delivery services, charge and estimated timescale available for the destination are shown at checkout. Estimates include production and shipping but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Unless a different period is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.Cancellation and returns for printed productsYou may cancel a printed-product order within 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you, receives it. Email us clearly stating that you wish to cancel and include the order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the product.Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the return postage. Handle returned goods only as much as you reasonably would in a shop; a refund may be reduced where avoidable handling has reduced their value.Where cancellation rights apply, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. We may wait until the goods are returned, or you provide evidence of return. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within the applicable legal timescale.Damaged, faulty or incorrect productsIf an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, email us promptly with the order number and, where helpful, photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. Your statutory rights are not affected.Digital workbookThe digital edition of My Personal Handover Map is supplied as downloadable PDF files. Before immediate access is supplied, customers must expressly consent to supply beginning straight away and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once downloading begins. This does not affect rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or does not work as it should.Purchase permits the buyer and their immediate household to complete, save and print the files for personal use. The files may not be resold, publicly uploaded, redistributed as blank templates or used to create a competing product. If you cannot access the files or believe they are defective, email us using the address supplied with the order.Cancellation formYou may cancel by emailing us directly.
